HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Oman's Minister of Defense, His Excellency Badr Bin Saud Bin Hareb Al Bosaeedi and other senior government officials visited Kimoha's Stall , after the official inauguration of the 9th International Dubai Aerospace Exhibition - Dubai Air Show 20-05.
Dubai Air Show 2005 was the largest Dubai air show to date with 726 exhibitors from 46 countrie, 15 national pavilions new training & simulation and unmanned aerial vehicle pavilions, an expanded delegations programs featuring civil aviation chiefs, airline presidents, Ministers of Defense, Chiefs of Staff and air force commanders from 88 countries and over 100 aircraft on display, including some 40 business jets. Airbus A380 was also displayed. Dubai 2005 also exceeded anticipated visitor levels. Over 35,000 professional trade visitors from over 100 countries had attended.
Kimoha has introduced Aerospace Tool Management System (ATMS) which is Innovative Solution in nature, with integration of various technologies. A misplaced tool can be the greatest threat to the aircraft safety and flight readiness. Leaving a Tool behind can be worse than simply wasting time for tool search and inconvenience if that Tool ends up in a sensitive area of the Aircraft and creates FOD (Foreign Object Damage). Damage by a tool left inside an Aircraft is one of the most dangerous and a ‘must prevent’ type of a FOD. The ATMS system is the most potent weapon in the fight against tool FOD. ATMS system is aimed at efficient Tool Management and Control and if the tool is lost, its Aeroprobe Tool Finder can find the lost tools in minutes.
Along with ATMS and Laser System, Kimoha has displayed its Self-Adhesive Labels, Baggage Tags and AIDC Solutions also on the show.
